Good morning Cynthia!! hope your doing well. Love the fact your talking about Complex as so much offered out there is PTSD without the C. but…the video says unavailable??

Thank you! There is so much more info about PTSD than C-PTSD available. Probably because C-PTSD is just being learned about & recognized by the psychiatric community.

Great video! My 12 year old lives with c-ptsd. Getting distance from the abuse is not easy for children…but we managed it through years of court, loads of documentation, and knowledgeable therapists. Thank you for sharing with the world about c-ptsd.

I’m so sorry your 12 year old lives with it! That is awful! Distance is a wonderful thing for dealing with C-PTSD! Good for you going through all of that to accomplish the necessary distance!
